WE CONTINUE TO BE HERE FOR WHEN YOU NEED US

Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Surgery has remained open and provided additional capacity to our Patients through new digital consulting solutions.

We also opened over the Bank Holiday Weekends.

We are now starting to reflect on the past 8 months and wanted to share some information with our Patients. Data has been gathered between March 1st to October 16th 2020 for 4038 Patients registered with Roe Lane Surgery.

Our Facilities

Roe Lane Surgery has five fully equipped consulting rooms (four downstairs and one upstairs). All our consulting rooms on the ground floor are accessible by wheelchair.

We have one disabled bay parking space at the front of the surgery for our disabled patients. All other parking is on Roe Lane itself or on Bibby Road opposite the surgery.  Please do not park on the double yellow lines directly in front of the surgery, as access is required at all times for emergency vehicles.

The surgery has a small waiting room area for our patients at main reception, our patient information screen provides a variety of media relating to Roe Lane Surgery, healthcare and campaigns. Roe Lane Surgery endeavours to have two receptionists answering telephone calls at any one time.

We have a patient toilet which is accessible to disabled patients, have a hearing loop for patients with hearing difficulties, an examination couch that can be raised and lowered electronically and access to translator services.

Please click on the link Accessible Information for Patients for further information about how we communicate with people in a way they can understand.
